Loading...So first things first im far from being a coach but if I were to take an educated guess I think you need to have these key things:
- knowledge of your players style (how you are able to fully maximize their potential as a team not only in the game but outside as well , to try to unify them as one well functioning machine)
- past matches history knowledge about different champ pair ups and how they worked against other matchups too! Also very important to keep up with the up-to-date with game patches , which champs to use that are in metas , etc.
All in all you are the one who is going to lead this team to glory with how you act as a leader to bring them together to fight for a common goal!
Im sure I’m missing many things but this is just what I could think of in 5 mins😁 (btw look and maybe even reach out to coaches to ask them about their career , how they got into coaching, what they do on a daily basis back then when they started). Anyways, I hope this helped a little!
