How did Fluxo qualify for this major?

I watch the major and I'm surprised. How could these Fluxo, in principle, pass, Monte's team is not strong, but even despite this, V$M has k/d 9/19. And only 1 player reaches k/d 1. Are they really that unlucky? Surprisingly, Astralis failed to qualify for the Major.
