Goooood Mooorning Fnatic fam!! How are we all doing today!

As usual this is your daily reminder to drink lots of water today if you haven’t been doing so already! As I’ve mention in my other post, try and finish a bottle before midday and another before the end of the day!!

Loading...@Meyvischh My mom has diabetes and it's been running in the family so I'm wary of sugar content in stuff and I don't drink store bought juices that often anyway I'd make my own juice if I had a juicer but my house is full of different appliances I possibly couldn't cram one more 😂

Loading...I just bought myself some orange juice and I bet I'll drink it in an hour, my room is hot as hell 🥵 I'll be probably drinking more often than I'm breathing haha

Loading...@quickblade_dancer 😂😂😂 the important thing is that you are drinking ! But I wouldn’t drink too much orange juice unless you’ve made it yourself (cuz the ones you buy in the store are soooo sugary you won’t believe it) 😁

Loading...@damienbig No i get you! But don’t try and drown yourself by forcing to drink the bottle down in one go hahahahah, just as a reference 2 bottles a day 😁😁😁 the important thing is to stay hydrated not how many bottle can I drink in one day 😉
