I know that worlds is possible for us but can someone explain to me what is the bare minimum that needs to be done for us to get to worlds?

Getting first in Summer would already give us a great advantage but still no guarantee.

Edit: if we don't win the summer Split, it will already be extremely close to qualify via championship points even if we place 2nd/3rd.
And that's only for the Finals qualification, where we still need to place top 3 out of the best 6 teams participating (LEC has 3 seeds)
VIT dropped out helps us immensely
