[Feature request - LIVE Chat] Pinned message, announcements and more

Note: I couldn't find appropriate category, since there's nothing for live chat on the web

So during the live stream that we can watch, we could have chat specific mods for example, that could pin message, send in announcements like you can have them on twitch as well as chat points (like twitch channel points), which we can use for the predicitions.

To go a little bit more in depth:

FNC Stream Points

Wouldn't have any major involvement or any outside factor, other than use it during the livestreams for predicting score. Everyone would maybe start with 100 points and every minute they'd gain maybe like 5 points and if you're active, potentialy point or 2 more. Along with current prediction system, you'd get XY points, based on the odds. If you were completely incorrect, you wouldn't get anything, half right (guessed who wins, but not the score), you get a fraction of the points.

Stream score

Mods that are active in the chat, could potentially manually change the score, based on the ingame score (mainly for like FPS, LoL is a bit complicated as well as the BR ones). This way, people that can't watch the livestream, they can still be involved and see the live score. Along with that, perhaps a persistent notification, where you can still see the live score, so even if your phone is locked, you can still see the score.

Live chat mods

Instead of having people a site wide mods, you could potentially have mods just for the games that are being shown, so they can moderate the chat, use functions mentioned in this post and so on.

Pinned message

This could be used for important information, that's regarding the match/live you're watching. Like for tech pause. If you missed the information, a mod could send a message or announcement and pin that message.

Announcments

Just like on twitch, there could be a command like /announcment and it would highlight it to everyone, perhaps even show it below the stream, where there's a lot of empty space

Quiz

Either during the TO, TP, half time, between maps etc. A little bit more to involve the viewers to interact on the website/livestream and keep them busy, during the slow period. That way, you get more involvement on the website, more user retention and possibly more people would come to the website. For correct guess you'd get a point and at the end of the quiz or stream, top 3 people or 5, would get some XP.

Some of this coule be a great QoL for that page. Also perhaps include the watch parties from fnatic network members. But all the main features would be only for the official stream and not any watch party ones.
