@Krauser77• yesterday at 6:53 PMLoading...To the Fnatic management, if they have one...
As a long-time fan, I have to say monday’s loss was incredibly frustrating to watch. The team looked completely out of sync, unprepared, and mentally checked out.
The players seriously underperformed. There were basic mechanical mistakes, poor map awareness, and a total lack of coordination. It didn’t feel like a team, more like five solo queue players sharing the same jersey.
But honestly, the bigger issue is with the management. Not hiring a performance coach all split? That’s just unacceptable. Every top org understands how important mental resilience and structure are, yet Fnatic seems to have ignored it completely. And it showed. The players looked lost, tilted, and emotionally drained.
If they really want to be a top team again, they need to start investing in proper support staff. The fans deserve better. The legacy of Fnatic deserves better.
They said, they were supposed looking for a good profile but looks like a lie they are looking for a performance coach no for a new president o king for the country...
If they want to continue in this way better sell the place to another org hopefully they will do better...
Sincerely,
A fan tired of watching his team fall apart

What a shame of split and org...
