It's a coach's responsibility to make a team perform. A player doesn't have as much control on the other players as the coach that why you judge a player based on his individual performance and not only the team result especially if he isn't the igl.
So to use Leo as an argument is just stupid because he always had good performances and that is why people were hyped for him. That's also why N4RRATE got picked up even though his team didn't even qualify for challenger.
