Like I get people like big signings but I’ve said this before , it’s best to cultivate and nurture our players and make them top players than spend the big bucks on signings which don’t guarantee immediate chemistry. At least the people within the org know the values and are familiar with the systems set in place. Tbh chances of having another catastrophic split like the one we had in winter are still high, no matter what team we construct! Hopefully this next split we come out with a bang and keep the momentum going!

And I think it remains quite important if we were to have another catastrophic winter split that we have at least some opportunity to make changes.
