Weightloss challenge!

At work i have entered a weightloss challenge and the prizes are pretty awesome so I hope to win. Does anyone have any words of motivation or tips!? Any weightloss success stories? Favorite healthy meals?

Loading...My fave quote is always day one or one day? Or if you don’t start now think about how much you would have achieved in a month or two?. Also Chloe ting is amazing she’s a workout lady on yt. Hope this helped!!

Loading...As I'm on the other side as I want to gain weight I cannot say much but from what I know is to cut on processed foods and sugars, eat meals regularly, more fruit and veg (fresh ofc) and being active And don't forget to do warm ups before training and have a plan or you'll end up like my bf who was dying after only 3 days of gym 😂

Loading...1. If you consume less calories and move more, you’ll lose weight. 2. If you consume less calories, move more and increase your protein intake, you’ll lose body fat. 3. If you consume less calories, move more, increase your protein intake and do strength and weight training, you’ll lose body fat and build muscle. I’m currently on step 2. Gonna talk with some friends about a possible gym plan, and other sports ideas :D

Loading...@238SAMIxD It's the first day officially alot of people have standing desks lol so it's hard they have walking machines under it! We are doing fitness and weightloss its until July 15 so I will see in a week I did a 20 min workout then i will walk for lunch. These people are intense lol

Loading...All I can say, I just mentioned in another post. Running and skipping. And any other HIIT training. You’ll burn so many calories, and then just replace sweets and sugary stuff with fruit! You’re good to go man you got this, we’re in this together!😎👊🏼Let me know how it goes!

Loading...What I did back when I was trying to lose weight was I cut as much carbs and sugars from my diet as possible. I was able to lose and keep off about 20 pounds after 3-4 months of that.

Loading...I think it's enough to just not eat too much fatty and full of sugar food, just stick to some fruits. Also stay away from bread lol.

Loading...Just try to be more active in your "daily" life! 🥰 Take the stairs, try to walk more (not driving the car or taking the bus) and find a sport, which is fun for you. And then try to eat more food with high protein. It will help you to stay full longer ☺️ And ofc eat more vegetables and less sugar 😂
