XP Changes!

Hello all!

Over the last few weeks we've seen some creative ways of trying to game the XP system. We'll be rolling out some changes tomorrow where you'll see a fluctuation of XP earned. We've tried to keep this fair to curb any activity that leads to large amounts of gains that can be seen as questionable behaviour and make the experience in the community worse for others.

This will be a work in progress and as always if you see anything that breaks our community policy, please make sure to flag for moderators to review and action as required.
