New visuals to Astra,Brim, and Omem smoke

Visual effects last 1.5 seconds before dissapting.

Deadlocks ultimate won't open teleporters doors from exits, and your team mates now can't hear you equipt weapons in buy phase (maybe during a round as well idk)

Loading...Ig they balanced that pretty much. Deadlock was op so she got nerfed, its not bad and that Sounds is just useless ngl. Just put that in the settings where you can decide by yourself if you want to hear or not. Kinda useless this patch with the sounds xd
