Fps aim training

General question for all fps players.

Do you aim train before game or when u are finished? And im not talking about some 5-15 minute warm up but about tasks where you are really focused on ur aim and impoving it. Share any other thoughts relevant to this topic.

Loading...@Kryse I don’t recommend to do TDM or DM bcuz it is not helpful as focusing your own aim training but it’ll be improve your aim as well

Loading...I personally don’t do aim training, I just go in-game and start playing, counting that as aim training as its own. I feel like for me that has the best effect as I don’t really like doing aim training anyway if I can be completely honest.

Loading...@Eggmonger Sure why not. It kinda depends on ur goals in the game as mine is immortal i need to focus on aim as on another things. If i played for fun i think i wouldnt grind it tho.

Loading...I do shorter practice like 30 min including rests. I usually do it after my games right before bed. Since apparently sleep promotes memorizing techniques.

Loading...I followed Derke’s aim guide on YouTube and it honestly has done so much to improve my aim. The only thing I would maybe add onto it is just playing a lot more ranked matches as it’s one thing to practice in the range but it’s a whole other thing to actually apply that practice to see what’s working and what isn’t

Loading...The players of the Valorant team my club has train 10 Deathmatch before the game and 10 before they are going to bed, its obly recommended if you are on low rank but to improve and reach higher ranks you should know better how to use your utilities

Loading...I usually only take like one day out of the week to work on aim instead of playing ranked or whatnot, usually after a big loss streak or I just don't feel I'm ontop of things. I like to run my playlist on Aimlabs, or use the range for an hour (I know time consuming but it works for me) or just spend a whole night playing TDMs (I much prefer TDMs over DMs for aim, but I like to use DMs for crosshair placement practice). Granted I'm not the best player in the world and don't have a high rank, but I've seen improvement from myself after taking time away from playing ranked. Honestly do what you think works for yourself, over time you'll improve naturally. What do you do for aim training?

Loading...@AdamTKWallace I have like 2 scenarios but each of them has their cons and pluses. First one is i run 30 minutes of aim labs then i go in range i try to adapt the micro flicks etc in here. Play like 15 minutes of range and then combine all in DM. I prefer DM instead of TDM but its just a personal thing. When i feel ready i go ranked. Its aim training combined with warm up but as it takes over an hour i feel already a bit tired from it and i dont perform like i should. Second scenario is i just get few minutes in aim lab then in range and also play a few DMs and go ranked. When im done which is maybe like in midnight i go also aim train which i sacrifice like 30 minutes and then go sleep. In second scenario i feel im able to perform better in game but i cant concentrate that much later while aim training.
