Fnatic coaches

I've been thinking about fnc coaches after seeing the notice of m8 fired ex6tenz (their valorant coach), acording to diferent people like Mixwell (padre, ex-pro for TH), he was one of the best coaches in the league in his opinion and I thought that he could be a good singed for fnc not necessarily for headcoach can be a good assis for the valorant team or the same case for cs2, I think that fnc as org have to improve in their coaches staff for all teams.

Another point is for the performance coach position in league and valo they shared the performance coach but now only valo team has one at least announced, and i don't think share one is the Best option because for internacional events, every team has to have one in my opinion. whats yours?
