Should FNC invest in a "mentality coach" ?

I feel as if the run into champions should have been a little deeper.

I think a mental coach would help them out a lot.

since being regarded as such a high contender team can put a lot of pressure on them.

Lars Robl, performance manager and sports psychologist for team vitality really helped them to win tournaments back in 2022.

Picking up someone like this would definitely help the boys.

I'm thinking this will help solidify FNC mental fortitude.

Loading...I agree with the others, at minimum they have psych_chek as the performance coach and I believe that's somewhat similar to a mental coach? I don't know the exact specifics but I believe he is the one taking care of those things. And they had another coach for this purpose before Edgar as well, EsportsRyan I think it was? However I just saw on Liquipedia that psych_chek also left the team as of today. I don't know what this is with the not-so-mandatory coaches being dropped, I don't like it. It's the same for Anderzz, they only got him for the new map and it's a one and done. I love a lot that FNC is doing but if there is anything I would critique, it's the inconsistency with keeping people. IMO there cannot be any good work done if you just drop the coaches after an event, and it doesn't build the best team morale.

Loading...i highly agree, if fnatic invested more money into the hype of the team and had a stronger more louder fan base whilst behind the scenes they had more personal support. Would help, not guranteeing a VCT win but especially with the current roster bejng trained more or Leo coming back and havinf a strong off season would make FNC look incredibly scary

Loading...If i'm not mistaken, they actually do, after every match, the team sits down and discusses what went wrong, how they feel and other mental stuff that needs to be addressed. I saw it in one of their vlogs.
