What do you think is a good balance of pracc to rest in the offseason?

I don't know if the title does justice to what I want to ask, so I'll try to elaborate: what do you think is the best balance between getting your rest in the offseason (e.g. going on trips, visiting foreign countries, anything that puts you at an extended period away from the computer) and keeping up the practice and scrims and all those things? Obviously you can't completely ditch training, you need to aim train, work with the coaching staff etc etc. but going non-stop would also not be good. What approach would you take, would you completely go offline for a longer time and grind harder, or have something like a 50/50 split between those things?

I'm also kind of thoughtful what could be the things for the boys (or other teams) to work on during offseason when you don't need to specifically counterprepare for other teams since you won't be playing for a bit, but that's just a side quest here. :blobdancetings:

Loading...I think a good way of doing is next month off from scrims, soloQ, and everything from Valorant, then gradually start back up. In November, they'll return (maybe Leo too) for the Red Bull Home Ground, then chill again a bit during the winter holidays before starting to grind back again.

And with Boaster also saying he was having a harder time, I bet it's going to be good for all of them. Red Bull Home Ground would be a good place to try anything they've cooked up over the "rest" period.
