Roster changes

Is it time to make roster changes for LOL? 0 progression with the core of razork and humanoid, literally same trajectory as last year worlds. Lose to asian team -> win against GAM -> lose to asian team -> 1-2 vs WBG.

Personally think it’s time for humanoid to leave after we look clueless macro wise

Loading...Its time to change the whole coaches team, also Dardo has to go. Humanoid and Oscar definitely have to be replaced

Loading...@Milindodo We basically have had the same roster for 1.5 years without progress (only trymbi -> jun), it just makes sense to change humanoid when he was praised because of his macro but macro is our weakest point by far now

Loading...My personal opinion is Huma need to go, Noah needs to go and take coach with a long vision and clear plan ( even though I think Nightdhare is good. I just think he is not right for this players ) . I've also said that Dardo is not my guy. Obviously he fail to deliver the expectations of the fans. The sad part is that maybe he deliver the expectations of the org and that's why we are sticking with him running the lol team.

Loading...@Sheekoh think Humanoid has regressed individually since 2022 unfortunately and I’m not sure why, motivation issues? Also coaching staff has to change when our macro just hasn’t improved at all the whole year

Loading...We have to change razork, huma and if is necessary the coach beacuse the mid-jungle is the duo more important and stronger, Watch the story of faker, he play with the jungle and use It everytime

Loading...@gerva Not razork, he nearly saved some games all by himself just by stealing barons or drakes, oscar and huma definitely need to go, noah maybe needs to go, jun and razork need to stay 100%, also change the whole coach stuff, they have no grip on any meta

Loading...We need to keep oscae because he is improving again and I pray that we keep Razork to. 100% G2 Buy Jun because he is also very good so I guess we have to focus on keeping top and jngl. Tbh I was a huge Noah fan but something changed since his first split

Loading...@Uldingrath We’re definitely keeping oscar as he resigned with us until 2026. As for Jun, I hope he stays with us and I don’t see him leaving us for G2, but if there’s an offer from LCK then he might leave

Loading...It seems like the team's issues might run deeper than just one player or coach. What do you think about bringing in fresh talent from outside, maybe some up-and-coming players from the amateur scene? Sometimes a complete shake-up can help reset team dynamics and strategies :sippi:

Loading...@lexoreal Don't feel like you can completely change the team for new comers you need the veteran players there to get the newbies through the big stage games it's a different game in your room and on international stage and the veteran players are needed if nothing else to keep morale together

Loading...@FuryOTN yeah no point having nightsharre if we kick humanoid, he was literally hired because humanoid recommended him. Also management wise Dardo should step down after pathetic displays year in year out
