What went wrong against g2?

I would like to hear your opinions on what went wrong against G2 on monday after an almost perfect Split.

Loading...I just watched the press conference, and Gaax was so close to sub in for Upset because he was extremely sick and ended up playing under painkillers. So that's also a reason (but it's not the only reason why we lost ofc).

Loading...I'd say in game 1, the Mel pick wasn't the most useful against their comp, and personally, I think Swain was more of a problem than Pantheon. Then in game 2, we picked Jinx, but there was no one to peel for her, so she ended up alone against WW and she was our only dmg. We over-engaged, took bad fights and objectives, like the Atakhan. Basically, we weren't up to par, and that's why we lost. I think against TH in game 2, it was a bit similar, but since they're not as good, they didn't punish us as hard. But anyway, I believe we still have all our chances, and I have confidence in the team to come back in the LB

Loading...I think SkewMond was the main problem. His Pantheon pick really messed us up he just had agency over the whole map so even though humanoid won his lane and was probably our best player, the side lanes didn’t have the impact they have had in the regular season. Just my opinion tho.
