Loading...Yea tbh this was a good thing. It wouldve been terrible if they got an older “experienced” coach. With Independent, Fear now has the ability to run the team as he wants, while Independent focuses on analytics and team organization(practices, scrims, etc) it also will allow uninterrupted growth within the team. Yea sure Independent isnt super experienced but looking at coaches like zonic atm i dont think experience is everything. Not to mention with an older coach you get the possibility of him and fear butting heads which is the last thing we want. After everything else that has happened im glad they kept Independent and promoted him to full time coach. The Cypher pick up im still not too impressed or happy with but time will tell, at least with him the roles work out better. Anyways Independent isnt “salt in the wounds” we can criticize the org when they make bad decisions (not fighting harder for matys among many others) but when they make a good or even decent decision we cant complain like its the end of the world.

Loading...@Franky Well with fear on the team we have a rookie IGL with no experience at international rosters but has great potential. The problem, he needs someone with that kind of experience who can teach him and independent doesnt have that

Loading...@LeopoldLoewe We came second in both lans we played with him ( and won prague ) but he was only supposed to be there temporarily until a new coach came up
