State of the App and Fnatic PLUS

Honestly, the state of the app is unacceptable. It's been unusable for months now, whether it's the community section or the live chat. Zero communication on whether anything is being done, how long it will take to fix, or even if anyone is working on it at all.

The posts are unusable on phone because the keyboard covers the SEND button. You have to fight with the keyboard, going back and forth just to try to send a message before it gets hidden underneath it. And some minor thing.

For the live chat, you can't send any text messages because the keyboard just disappears when you open it. (I made a video if needed)

It's been more than three months now. I can understand that nothing was fixed during Christmas, but now, please do something, especially when the site isn't even good for posting. You can only see two levels of replies, so it's pretty much useless. At least the live chat is okay.

But in general, I think a real reflection on the purpose of the app needs to happen.

What is it actually for?

• For posts, Reddit is better and has more people.

• For live chat, Discord is better and has more people.

The app is just a duplicate with no real benefit compared to the others.

The difference was supposed to be Fnatic+, which promised us content, recognition for loyalty (aka emotes, custom profiles), and it delivered for one year but since then, nothing.

Six months ago, we were promised a comeback, but it lasted a month and then nothing again.

And what I'm asking for isn't free stuff, it's what was promised.

Like exclusive content, we never really got any in the end, except for Chronicle's tutorial. I understand that you can't put everything behind a paywall, especially if it involves explanations about the team (like Grabbz post match ITW), but what I'm asking for is behind-the-scenes content that isn't directly tied to the teams, like the behind-the-scenes of the jersey design, for example.

Another thing: customization. Nothing for over a year now. No new emotes, no new colors, no new badges, nothing. And it's not exactly the hardest thing to add.

The only real reason to get Fnatic+ at the moment is the 15% off merch and the event in London. So if you don't have money (or have already bought everything) or don't live in London, it's useless.

I've had Fnatic+ from the start and never cancelled until today, because why should I keep paying for nothing.

Here are some propositions to address some of my complaints:

For Fnatic+:

• First, for content that's made in advance, offer it to Plus members early. That way, no paywall, but there's still a benefit.

• For emotes, add the ones already available on Discord.

• As for exclusive content, show us some sneak peeks of the new jersey, for example. We had that once, and it was great—it built hype and gave us something to sink our teeth into.

For the app:

• I would suggest adding verified fans for the live section, especially for CS. Sometimes there isn't a single English stream available. This way, people could share links during matches, and if enough verified fans (like a certain ratio based on viewer count) agree it's legit, the stream could be made available in the selection. There are probably other things they could do without needing to be mods.

But seriously, I'm begging for a little communication. Even if it's not detailed, at least say something when there are major issues, ESPECIALLY when you're charging people. It's only normal to be more demanding.
