Loading...Love the transparancy even if it's very PR-safe. And the fact that it's decisions by, among others, these two that put us in this position in the first place. Would've liked seeing cArn involved with the interview as well. Overall step in the right direction imo. Lets hope the results follow suit, otherwise none of this matters.

Loading...@sam To be clear, he's completely right to be "disgruntled" it has been clear to anyone with eyes that the current staff was not able to get a strategic thought into the teams collective mind. The macro had been horrible all year. Mental coaching has been a worry since Noah has joined the team. It looks like you are scapegoating him, just like you did with Yamato before. When the reality is that in todays league you just can't get there without the right support staff. And looking at the turnover in that department in the last 3-4 years it's clear you guys either have no idea what you are doing or are supposed to look for in candidates. Or the working environment is so bad that few are willing to stick around for longer than a split or 2. Given the many testimonials we've gotten over the last couple of years, im guessing its the second.
