Nothing works for us in CS2

I can't believe I'm actually writing that this early . Sadly I see right now zero improvement and zero movement from our new CS2 Team.

If we look on our stats we looking even worse than under Keita and Body igling. We are looking way worse against T2-3 Teams . We are showing right now zero consistency and our gun play is an absolute horror.

What is going on in this team ? Can we get some informations why it is that bad ?

Please don't answer: This team is one month old and we have new coach and new igl and new AWP , that's actually bullshit. We having worse setups and we losing every possible duels.

We have a washed player , a "Talent" who couldn't make it in Mouz NXT and an Coach who had zero success before . On Top of that we have with Matys always a player between worldclass and absolutely 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 his pants.

Idk why we go for an half unproven IGL , who had one good run with his old team, even though we know and hopefully our management knows it aswell we need someone on this role with experience and someone who can bring this org back to Top 15.

Dont know what to say, but it seems like we are having a new team very very soon again.

Probably we shouldn't always looking on the players and more on the management behind who has to take the blame for this.

But as always there will be no words and no action whatsoever.

Loading...The thing is, our performance fluctuates wildly from one game to the next. One game we're good, the next we're worse than bronzes. It's so frustrating to lack consistency because there are good play that give glimpses of hope

Loading...Nobody will tell you anything. Fear isnt bad - it looks as if Nobody is letting him work. Burmylov looked great and then disappeared. Nawwk and afro playing like goda after they left the Team, something is very wrong within this core.

Loading...@LeopoldLoewe We just changed coaches, so it can't be his fault. Is it Krimz, who, given his veteran status, might be pushing for a more conservative strat that doesn't fit with the current roster? Or is it a deeper management issue?

Loading...From day one of this new roster it was obvious that @cArn and @rossR have no idea what they actually want from the roster. Play for long term by investing in rookies/young players? Or capitalize on having a great player in blameF and building from him. Right now they have done both, and therefore neither and we are stuck in limbo again. Either blow it up and build from the ground up. Or ACTUALLY INVEST!

Loading...I can't blame the players cause all of them can perform. Currently it looks like they aren't on the same page. When they win a Match it is one of them which is overperforming. So they should think about to bring the team together. Maybe make a bootcamp or let them play the next cct from the headquarter.
