Should FNATIC change completely or partially their roster for 2025?. Or maybe they should press the reset button and change everything from coach to players for next year.

Loading...I would keep the roster and staff . Its a team with potential to be nr1 . Hope we can fix some errors next year . A new coach wont know the current problems , so he would start from scratch again . Let nightshare fix the current problems next year

I guess we should give it a bit more time to fix the probleme before changing the roaster

@emilioin6• 31/07/2024Loading...One thing is true they’ve built this roster for a long term, they just need to be on the same page, more communication, of course I suppose that dealing with the pressure, overcoming it comes with experience. It’s clearly that all players want to win, but they need to be 100% honest with each other.
So honestly I see what the org is doing, long term plan, build a team, give them time to adapt to each other, and I suppose overcome that pressure. Eventually this team will get there. But that means time = years , if they keep this roster for next year.
I’ve got mixed feelings, I’m like keep them and don’t throw away all the work that you’ve put in. But at the same time I’ve got the feeling that we will have the same problems next year if they keep the same roster.

@Franky• 30/07/2024Loading...Personally, I would only change the ADC. It's not that he doesn't have the skill level, but he doesn't have the mental. He had his chance and he didn't seize it.
I like the coaching staff and instead of changing them, I would bring more people in.
Top, we have a young player who had a difficult start but is now at a good level and can probably reach an even higher level. As for the jungler, there's no need to talk about him, he's the best in Europe at the moment. The mid sometimes trolls, but clearly, we won't find anyone better. And as for the support, Jun is the new Hyli for me. We need to give him an ADC capable of carrying on the leads he provides him

It pisses me off when I see people complaining about the roster when we had 100 variations of the roster and all of them with very talented players and still didn't work. The real problems are much deeper than the roster but we haven't seen much change and we probably will not see any time soon so just change ADC and go again

@inst4nce• 31/07/2024Loading...@Franky What a good assessment, only thing for me I would add is not only does Humanoid troll sometimes he also has 0 care or passion for the game it's literally just a job for him, and I hate that. I think I'd rather have kept Nisqy.

Loading...I think they'll do their analysis and try to change whatever seems to be lacking, but i guess & hope it will be only a partial reset, because they start to build up structures, habits etc., which are already growing & working, even though it wasnt enough yet. We also got some really good players, no need to get rid of all of them, they will probably change positions where they think another player fits the team better, if they change something in the end at all. Lets wait for Season finals & worlds, cheer for them & then ask those questions if needed, they can still show their strength they are definitely having

@emilioin6• 30/07/2024Loading...My opinion on this is that we need a full reset coaching staff included, it’s clearly not working. Give all the resources to the new players and coaching staff next year, apply everything you’ve learned this year and don’t make the same mistakes. Like you know you’re players are gonna deal with pressure, we’ll help them with that since day 1, don’t hire a performance coach half way a season when you know, you’ve had this problem over the past 3 years.
FNATIC does not wait, FNATIC is better than that, we’re falling behind and keep falling behind our competitors. Winning the LEC should not be a maybe or a “I will try”, winning the LEC should be a MUST for this org, FNATIC should be looking for bigger things like G2 is doing.
Right now G2 are aiming to win Worlds, while our goal is to beat them. Just think about that …

Loading...@emilioin6 Tbh, when G2 is aiming to win worlds, and Fnatic is aiming to win against G2, that makes Fnatic also better in terms of competing internationally. Cuz when one team is worlds dark horse level or even more and you get up to that level ur a dark horse, too.
