What do you think

What does everyone here think is the necessary changes required for our LoL team to prosper, I feel like we improved so much this year but at the same time went 4 steps backwards. And I don’t know about you but not a lot of esports teams are like this when it comes to regression of skill throughout a year. I don’t know what the problem is besides from humanoids constant inting, also bad macro and control of our ult timings etc… Anyways I’m just yapping now. Please let me know what you guys think below.
