Stop trying to rebuild CS Roster

Stop slowly trying to rebuild CS Roster. Its not gonna happen. Another team will come and get your best players... Brollan, Mezii and now Matys

Carn and his management team had 4 years to rebuild a good international roster. Everytime some moves like this happens and you start trying again with t2 players

Another way of fnatic kick good players likes nicoodoz, smooya and bring another set of below average players to rebuild.

Stop doing that.

Either re-sign matys and find a good replacement for krimz like magisk, magixx

OR

Bring in one experienced and skilled top level player and one young player with huge potential like mail09 in place of matys

Loading...I think we don’t have the money to compete for the best players, so targeting prospects in t2/3 is the best idea. We need to be faster at making changes when there’s a problem. Because it feels like we have an amazing scouting team, but we’re too slow to make adjustments. That’s why we lost Mezii, who wasn’t considered one of the best players in the world before joining us. Now we risk losing Matys. And while we’ve discovered other good players like Nicoodoz, let’s not forget that when he was with us, he wasn’t that great, and people wanted him gone. So I think the number one problem is management or the work environment imo

Loading...I think we need to sign a full 5 man roster and sell the player we have at a good money

Loading...@Synd1cate That wont happen, and you dont want that to happen. Not only did we just sign fear and jambo for big and decently long contracts but the logistics of signing a whole 5 man roster is horrible. Normally when that happens within months of their signing players leave or heavily underperform due to the new environment. Though i dont disagree with the original post. Fnatic need to be aggressive in attempting to keep matys as well as finding a suitable replacement for krimz. The only issue is that fnatic historically doesnt spend the required amount of money and resources to field a tier 1 team. If top orgs are putting in 100% of their effort and resources into making good rosters in cs then fnatic is barely putting in 45%, just enough to get by. As the original post mentioned, we had several opportunities in the last 4-5 years to field a competitive tier 1 roster but decided to let go of incredible valuable players only to rebuild find new valuable players and let the cycle repeat. The effort isnt there for Fnatic, the execs and management involved with making a roster and spending the money just do not care enough about a cs roster as much as they do a Valo or LoL roster. Sad fact is they probably would have pulled out of CS if it weren’t for their long and storied history in the game as well as their large fanbase. The moment we all begin to dwindle further will be the moment Fnatic CS no longer exists.
