Mental coach

Hej Management,

Its me again.

Asking - again - a really simple question with the delusional hope to get an answer this time.

Do we have a mental coach?

And if not: why?

The Team seams to loose their Games as soon as they should win it with ease.

The forcebuys, the 1v2s, 1v3s and so on.

Most Times they win the opponents map pick and then get destroyed on their own.

That is exactly wäre a mental coach would help.

Please Tell us, that we have one and are working on it.

Loading...I don’t think there will be any additional staff for the CS department, atleast not this season. To me, going for independent as a HC and selling Matys because “the money was too good to refuse” tells me there isn’t alot of money to invest.

Loading...Official they just have Independent as their headcoach and samuelsson as their team director. It looks like there are no other staff for the cs team. That's isn't enough staff to build a competitive t1 team. They rly need an Assitant-Coach and Analyst and a Performance-Coach / sports psychologist. Independent can't do all by his own he needs help as soon as possible.
