Loading...I would order snacks, endless snacks, and food for the team, so much coffee and make a whole bunch of merch and give everyone a raise, more prizes, more everything...yes... I dont think if I'm fit for the position 😊😢😅
Loading...@Franky @sam It's really great to read that, and is there a "psychological" component to assess if the player/coach can handle the mental aspects, etc.?
Also, are there plans to invest in the amateur/collegiate scene to create a talent incubator where, if they prove to be skilled enough, they can move up to the academy team (ERL) and then into the LEC team?
Loading...Organize an open hq tour for all the members to share some beer and live talk with players and staff. I mean we just see the edge of the organization, would be awesome to see the behind the scenes and content/product creation process.
Would collect all the brainstorming event ideas and share some future all together in a room.
Loading...I have no idea, what a manager has to do 😂 So I would be fucking bad in this position 😂✌🏻
I would just bring back my favourite Fnatic player of all time back in one team togehter 🫶🏻🥹
Loading...So I don't really know what kind of power a manager has, but let's assume they can do what I want, lol.
So I would assemble a small team whose goal would be scouting. Their task would be to travel around and observe potential talents at LAN events or other competitions. The objective is to have scouting that resembles traditional sports because, at the moment, it's probably one of the least developed aspects in esport.
Loading...@Franky We have internal data and scouting function.
We injest solo que and champions que data and compare our players plus potential other players all the time. We’re constantly refining the variables but to give you an idea for support we’re tracking things like
- avg ward placements per game
- avg ward kills per game
- avg first blood assists
- avg heal given
Etc etc
On top of that we have an extensive review process after each split with player sentiment and feedback tracking accross all talent.
We then interview and review other qualitative factors such as coach, player feedback, team cohesion etc
There’s definitely a long way to go but from the last 12 months we’ve come a huge way in creating a robust system.
