Stuck in a room with only one game

You’re stuck in this room with nothing but a bed and food and a computer or console, but no internet connection.

What would be the only game you bring with you?

Personal choice would probably be skyrim if I can mod it before hand, and if not some city builder, I can spend hours in there without getting bored. Maybe surviving mars, really good one.
