Loading...@Gaax @GrabbZ During the LEC versus split, it seems that no progression has been achieved. In my opinion there is different issues a) the early game line phase ( most of the games @razork is playing with 2/3 losing lines) b) objetives set up and b)coordination of the team In teamfights. How are you expected to fix it? Why our players are struggling most of the match ups?

Loading...@Pollete Last split we were having many issues in laning phase and drafts which made Razork’s game very hard to play due to how snowbally jungle is these days. Players and coaches are putting a lot of effort to improve in such areas and it definitely feels a lot better to play now compared to winter split. Work does not stop here of course, we are going to show a different face in bo3’s and our games will for sure feel way smoother starting from early game.

Loading...@SrCalcetinos Hello! We are not asking for any specific number of games or LP’s, however they must play duoq whenever they can (botlane and jg/mid) in order to practice their synergy and combos together, especially botlane in this meta where combos are very strong.

Loading...@NESGA I think we defenitly had to get more on the same page but the bigger issue was that we did have the best meta read. Moving forward we have been adapting a lot to the new season. I think the biggest impact I can have is to bring my player/coach perspective for both sides, where players can’t relate to coaches as much just as the coaches don’t know what players feel/think when they make the decisions that they end up making in games. I’m aiming to walk that fine line between the two so that in the end players that maybe were considered hopeless or not able to improve, are able to find consistency with my inputs and systems

Loading...@GrabbZ @razork my question is would you ever consider releasing a player for the reason of playstyle mismatch or struggling in the current team environment. over the last few splits Razorks play has been less then consistent or top quality but i still believe he is a top tier jungler and i feel both him and Fnatic might do better with a change of player/ for Razork environment. full repect and love for Razork

Loading...I have a question for @GrabbZ and @gaax Grabbz mentioned in the LOL AMA how the team had a wrong read on how to play the game. Not playing the game around first scuttle enough, Razork playing to help laners, and mid-late game focus. My question is, what are the main areas you need to change in your aproach as a team? And why do you think it took so long to realize your mistakes in the last split?

Loading...@idk-what-to-call-myself The split was very short and we had success with our more scaling approach early in the split while other teams were still working on their early game and we simply fell too behind in that area. The team has great work ethic and discussion culture so with time fixing these issues shouldn't be problematic at all.

Loading...@bunion The main goal is to have better proccesses in play to help our players play to their best. Our meta read wasn't great last split and with Odo coming in we can now work with more emphasis on important areas.

Loading...@Justin I think the issues have been very different from the different line ups i was a part of so it is hard to give a general answer regarding that. The rosters in 2021 22 25 26 all face different challenges but usually we just miss the final push despite having been a top team over the years

I will prioritize whatever is on fire, is of utmost priority and therefore I look over there to handle the issues. Main priorities are to improve the decision making processes and also implement systems that work while under pressure
