Will FNC management ever take responsibility for failures in CS?

@cArn How many last place finishes and t3 nobody players can we go thru until carn and his management team are properly held responsible?

It's gotten to the point where players in the scene have publicly said they would not/did not consider offers from fnatic becuas they know how poorly the cs team is managed.

The only thing I could think that would explain FNC being okay with this failure (and they are okay with it, even though they say they aren't. Actions speak louder than words) is that they are milking the FNC brand for every dollar its worth while spending as little as possible in terms of CS.

Given the repeated lack of holding our management responsible that is the only conclusion I can reasonably come to which ultimately amounts to fnatic telling its cs fans to 🤬🤬🤬🤬 off unless we have money to spend.

It's never been so embarrassing to be a fnc fan

Loading...I think you guys are not reasonable. Building a team and synergy takes times. Also just look at other teams, it is incredibly hard to be consistent in those bo1 online tournaments. If the focus is to qualify for the Shanghai major then just be patient. Also making roster change is costly. We can’t bench players every week.

Loading...@Milindodo If you play 5 tournaments with weeks of practise time in between . And 5 times you dont even qualify . Then its time to rebuild . If you cant build synergy in 5 months . Then you will never get it . Its not that most games are close . Its a totall run over

Loading...@Milindodo The goal was to qualify for the last major and they failed. They also didn't qualified for any events yet. So this roster is a complete failure. The focus is to reach playoffs minimum of Shanghai major with a better roster. Not this one. If making roster change is costly , maybe stop giving 2 year contracts to t2-t3 players and also stop kicking and selling your best players

Loading...I think same as you we need urgent help from the management to do some urgent changes which I think are obvious as bodyy and afro should go out or get benched cause their performance have went from bad to worst since CS2 came

Loading...@CATXALOTE I don't think it's it players fault that management signs poor teams and players. We need a roster shuffle yes but without new management the same issues will prevail

Loading...Carn said they are aiming to the latter part of the year for making changes and focusing in china Major... And my question is, why the hell we keep commiting to this roster when is fully clear its going nowhere?? Why would we lose this offseason, the EPL or the multiple OQ we failed instead of making changes and try to rebuild sooner? But who cares anyway, most of us gave up already in this team

Loading...@Sextiz I'm genuinely curious why they're holding onto the current lineup. It's just not working out, and we haven't even had a proper LAN event with this lineup due to the failed OQ. With the way things are going, I doubt we'll ever see a LAN with this lineup. Why wait when it's clear to everyone that this isn't working?

Loading...Absolutely. It's beyond frustrating to see the management continually fail to take responsibility for the team's poor performances. As fans, we deserve better than this endless cycle of disappointment. It's high time for some serious changes to be made, starting with shaking up the roster. Otherwise, Fnatic is just giving the middle finger to its fans who have stuck by them through thick and thin.

Loading...@Toast90 I'd start with switching up management significantly. Green leaves put on a dead tree will turn brown soon enough. We need a bottom up approach
