Regarding the Drama around Worlds 2024

Over the past week or so there has been a lot of drama regarding the LoL division since Jun made that statement regarding the Yone ban after the TES game.

Many fans have come out on social media and have expressed their frustrations. Many of them have been calling for people to be replaced/kicked or have been frustrated with their performance.

Knowing that the off season in the LEC seems to be almost over already and with our players still being in contract I personally don't think we will see any changes to the roster coming into 2025.

That being said the team has been clearly dysfunctional on many levels, bad prep, terrible macro, underperformance and mental problems just to name a few.

Thus the question I am asking is a very simple one, are you going to wait for the last week before the winter split starts to start preparing again or will you be proactive to do something about it ? Be that kick/replace someone or bring new people in.

Personally I think that the best would be to bring in more people to help the players (positional coaches, analysts, sports psychologists) because the problems (at least from a fans perspective) seem to stem from the fact that the coaching staff and players don't have proper support.

Even though we have been winning a lot of scrims we haven't been improving and seem to be making very basic mistakes, is that due to bad practice and is someone going to take accountability or will this be ignored for yet another year ?

We are all fans and we support you all but we really wish you can be competitive again and win titles, don't ignore us and don't wait but instead use this time that you have to fix and improve everything and come back stronger next year.
