Dear Fnatic CS Management,

As a long-time fan of Fnatic fan, I feel compelled to express my disappointment following the team’s recent performance at the Major. While I defended the roster in the lead-up to the event, I did not anticipate a 0-3 result. It was and looked very bad to say the least.

In my view, this result is a symptom of mismanagement and delayed decisionmaking regarding the roster (i.e. Afro, and not opting for Worro2k or Cadian).

In short, I believe the current roster is no longer sustainable. Specifically, I feel bodyy should be replaced ASAP, and it may also be time for Keita to step aside. He didnt achive anything during his time in fnatic. The team needs a fresh start. Build the squad around Matys or get majority of GamerLegion with Ash. Ash has proven himself capable of leading teams and find gems. A quality that fnatic lacks at the moment.

Simply swapping one or two players, as has been the trend in recent years, will not address the deeper issues. The chemistry, motivation, and overall team dynamic will still be the same. Without a bold and comprehensive approach, I fear Fnatic’s downward trajectory since 2019 will continue.

Loading...@anananas Going out 0-3 against the weakest teams after barely beating some of the weakest teams to get to the major, i think that's pretty horrendous.

Loading...@sam Thank you for your reply Sam. We hope to hear from you guys soon what the plans are. I hope you not only look at the players but reconsider the coach and maybe the position of Samme. Of course those members are nice people within the organization, but looking at the performance of the last couple or years, I think it’s time to reconsider those members too. And let me be clear, there is no hate towards those people.

Loading...I think qualifying is the bare minimum for this roster, and we qualified because we got lucky in drawings (and we almost not qualified if it werent for blameF dropping 1.40 rating vs eclot). They are constantly stating that fnatic wants to compete at a high level, and this roster is not the way to get there

I agree with Lars, i think bodyy's time is up, and nawwk hasnt delivered what we all expected. Maybe we should look into Snappi+SunPayus And as Lars said, Woro is still available... Please consider to do something asap, in case you didnt know, first time in FNC history to end last in a Major... Thats just sad

Loading...I don’t know if leakers shared the info, but I think we were probably targeting those players. We just have less money, a less attractive project, or something else that made them choose a different path. At least, I hope that’s the case. As for the rest, I pretty much agree. I don’t know if the GL roster is the solution, but we definitely can’t continue with the current strategy, that’s for sure (in my opinion)

Loading...@Franky The worrying thing for me is, this roster supposed to be a rebuild for 2025 which they were rebuilding since losing mezii. And seeing the performance at the major seems to me that their strategy or the rebuilding is wrong. Just like Redbull making a wrong turn in 2023 with upgrading the car and are still paying the price for it. Will fnatic let go their old strategy or rebuilding and start from scratch or will they still continue with the current strategy but keeping 1 or 2 players? But first and foremost the IGL and coach need to go because things ain’t working. EDIT: on second thought, I feel like fnatic is in a constant rebuilding phase since dropping the full Swedish roster 😅.
