"Why is fnatic management so silent about major qualifier exit?" Update

Failed to reach even top 20 in hltv ranking. blamef helped the team being a top 40 to top 30 team.

Only played 1 big event since then and failed to reach even top 16 out of 32 teams. failed in all other qualifiers while a team like g2 played 8 big events during that time and reached multiple finals even won a big event with standin. firepower is the reason.

and this is the firepower of fnatic. 3 of your players are below 1.08 against top 50 opposition. now imagine what will happen if they face actual top teams.

Management said vitality poaching mezii caught them offguarded. Now what if top teams come looking for blame and matys, and they leave. We don't want another year of disaster like last year where fnatic played only 3 big events in the past year out of 13-14 of them and not even reaching top 8 in any of them.

You gave french duo almost 1 year and they failed completely. Now its time to replace them. After they joined, fnatic didn't qualified for any events and most likely do the same for upcoming major too.

And if you don't gain any ranking this year like top 15 minimum, upcoming year will be even more tough since many events won't even have open qualifiers anymore and its will be very hard to gain points

Loading...When signing BlameF they said that “the signing of BlameF marks a significant shift from their approach of the last years.” and “it emphasized their commitment to not only participate but also return to meaningful competition”, yet nothing happened after that. Still losing in silly tournament. Yes, BlameF is better than Kyuubii, much better, but there problem with our awper and bodyy team is still there and fnatic haven’t done anything noticeable to change that. We are still playing silly tournaments and haven’t played any “ meaningful competition” or qualified to any “ meaningful competitions”. It seems to me that those words are just words.

Loading...Question is: Why would fnatic make things harder for themselves for the RMR by keeping their underperforming players while there are clearly better players available which boost the chances of making it to the major greatly.

Loading...I think there's clearly a lack of communication, and I also believe they can't say too much when there are a lot of unknowns. For example, if they're negotiating with a player and they tease it, but it ends up not happening, then the problem would be the opposite. But I definitely agree that the current results can't continue, and we need a real answer about the short and long-term plans for how they’re going to try to become a top team again.

Loading...I agree with you, but management wont do anything. They are not responding to anything besides giving you comments that dont answer any questions. They are waiting till 2025 to invest anything into cs2 and by that time it is too late. Nobody wants to join this team. Not cadian, nor hooxi or hampus. Not woro2k and not even ultimate. They will loose MATYS and eventually BlameF to other teams and say nothing about it. We are doomed with a management that lost every connection to the meta and scene and sticks with the coach that didnt do shit, the team chef that fucked up again and again. As long as we buy their merch and fnatic+ stuff for some Stickers they wont give a shit about your questions.
